Its content is sourced from various Christian sources such as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS), PragerU, FaithGrows, PrinceEa, and more.

While the app was primarily designed around Christian principles taught by the LDS faith, it is adaptable for use by individuals of any faith to align with their own family values and core beliefs.
